Are you a rock climbing content creator or outdoor storyteller planning a trip to Hueco Tanks? We love showcasing the authentic Hueco Tanks and desert explorer experience and are always looking to partner with talented video creators who can bring the unique vibe of our desert basecamp to life.
If you have an active, engaged audience of outdoor enthusiasts and love telling stories through video, we’d love to host you in exchange for high-quality marketing assets.
We are currently not accepting static photography collaborations. Instead, we are looking for a Video-Focused Content Package that captures a true "day in the life" of a Hueco rock climber or explorer.
🎥 Content Delivery Requirements
To keep our exchanges completely fair, our required deliverables scale based on the specific accommodation type and the length of your stay.
All video content must be professionally produced vertical format (9:16) optimized for Instagram Reels. At least one primary Reel from your stay must be published as an official Instagram Collaboration post.

For stays requiring the full 3-Reel package, your content must cover these three marketing pillars. One of which, must be posted as an official IG Collaboration so it hits both of our feeds:
- Reel 1: The Ultimate Hueco Basecamp (POV Style)
A high-vibe, aesthetic reel focused on our unique desert architecture, landscape, and evening vibes after a long day of exploring. - Reel 2: A Day in the Life of an Explorer
A timeline-style reel showing the perfect day: waking up with coffee at the property, heading out to climb or hike at Hueco Tanks (just minutes away), returning to enjoy the sunset, and then relaxing by the fire pit, under the stars or in the cozy space. - Reel 3: Amenities Spotlight for Adventurers
A quick tour highlighting the practical comforts climbers care about after a day outside (comfortable beds, kitchen prep spaces, hot showers, cozy beds, outdoor spaces with amazing views, and crash pad rentals available on-site).
Content Delivery Timeline
To ensure a smooth partnership, we ask all collaborating creators to adhere to the following content delivery schedule:
- Live Coverage (During Your Stay):
All Instagram/TikTok Stories showcasing your arrival, the site, and daily experiences should be posted in real-time or within 24 hours of the activity. - Produced Content (1–2 Weeks Post-Stay):
All edited, high-quality deliverables—including Instagram Reels, TikToks, and feed posts—must be published or sent over for approval within 7 to 14 days of checkout. - Raw Assets & Content Library (2–3 Weeks Post-Stay):
If our agreement includes the delivery of unedited, raw video clips and assets for our own marketing use, please upload them to our shared folder within 2 to 3 weeks of your stay.
🗓️ Important Guidelines & House Rules
- Mid-Week Stays Only: To protect our peak weekend bookings, content collaborations are hosted exclusively on select Sunday through Thursday dates during our operating season. Peak season dates may not be available.
- Firm No-Pet Policy for Creators: While we are happy to welcome pets for our standard, regular guest bookings, we maintain a strict no-pet policy for all collaboration stays. Because media exchanges involve rapid content turnaround and specialized scheduling, we cannot accommodate the extensive deep-cleaning required after visiting pets during these specific stays.
