*WIFI* : We have 2 WIFI services in order to get everyone connected. Please note WIFI is boosted throughout the property via 2 newly added MARINA range extenders. Signal varies depending on location. If you're in need of Wifi for work, the house rentals have the best wifi signals of our rental options.
*CLEANING - We take cleaning very seriously. All towels, linens + bedding items including comforters/blankets are laundered after every guest. All surfaces are sanitized.
DOGS welcome: Guests may bring a pet with prior arrangement. However for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, animals are not allowed on furnishings or beds inside rental units. Substantial extra charges will apply if this occurs. If you have a furniture dwelling pet, we suggest bringing your own bedding to avoid extra fees. Pet fees will apply to ANY pet inside rental. House/potty trained only. Dogs must be under owner control. Aggressive dogs not tolerated. If we receive complaints, we will ask you to leash your pet or find other accommodation. Owners are asked to clean up waste in common areas. Kennel avail for guest use. Do not feed or allow strays inside. Sorry NO CATS. If you bring a pet into rentals without prior authorization, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
