YURT 1 - the Desert Retreat: 314 sq feet , sleeps up to 6 people, 3 beds - full bed, futon and trundle bed, lounge chair, dining table, kitchen, large refrigerator, 3 burner stove. $50 - $55/night

YURT 2 - the Round Room: - 500 sq feet , sleeps up to 8 people, 4 beds - FULL over QUEEN bunk bed, trundle bed and a sleeper sofa, lounge chairs. Kitchen with full size refrigerator, 4 burner stove. NOMAD - 30 foot camper/caravan - slide-out. Sleeps up to 4. Queen size bed with couch + table that convert to beds, with toilet.

JAYBIRD - **NEW THIS SEASON ** 31 foot camper/caravan - with huge slide-out. Sleeps up to 7. Queen size bed, 4 bunk beds + sofa bed with full bath (shower/toilet). (interior pics soon) $55 - $60/night Rate applies to first 2 guests + $15/night for each additional person. 10 % discount for 2 weeks stay or more. Cleaning fee $50.
Bomber - 25 foot RV/Caravan. Sleeps 3 , with 3 single beds, kitchen. Toilet (pee only) - $40 - $45 per night

El Cactus - 20 foot camper/caravan, Sleeps 2, full bed, dining table, kitchen. Remodeled kitchen with new appliances. NO Toilet. $40- $45/night

Komfort - 25 foot camper/caravan. Sleeps 2 , two single beds, dining table, kitchen. Toilet (pee only). $40 - $45/night

All units include: WIFI*, Electricity, heat, Kitchen facilities with all necessary items for cooking , including refrigerator, stove, pots/pans, plates, coffee maker, sink, linens, bedding* & towels. Communal portable toilets & coin-operated shower house. Some units have toilet &/or shower. Some toilets pee only where noted
DOGS welcome: however NOT ON FURNITURE/BEDS. Pet fee required for all pets. Dogs must be under owner control. Aggressive dogs not tolerated. If we receive complaints we will ask you to leash your pet or find other accommodation. Owners are asked to clean up waste in common areas. Kennel avail for guest use. Do not feed or allow strays inside. Pet fees will apply to any pet inside rental. $75 /pet - up to 2 maximum Pet owners are asked to keep pets off beds and furniture, if this is not a possibility for your fur baby, we ask you bring your own bedding.
*WIFI* : We have 2 WIFI services in order to get everyone connected. Please note WIFI is boosted throughout the property via a MARINA range extender and the signal varies. WIFI in the HUECO VALLEY can be limited at times depending on the providers. Until the area provides better services this is the best we can offer.
*CLEANING - We take cleaning very seriously. All towels, linens, and bedding items including comforters and blankets are laundered after each and every guest. In addition, every surface is sanitized. Cleaning fee for rental units is used to cover the labor and materials for this cleaning.
*Full bedding provided includes sheets, pillows, blanket, comforter. Please note that although we provide space heater and blankets, the campers and yurts are not as well insulated as a house, so can be very cold in the event of extremely low temperatures.

Coin-operated shower, on-demand hot water (never runs out). Accepts $Dollar coins, accumulated timer. Change machine inside shower house.
