YURT 1 - Desert Retreat: 314 sq feet, sleeps up to 6 people, 3 beds - full bed, futon and trundle bed, lounge chair, dining table, kitchen, large refrigerator, 3 burner stove.
$55/night Rate applies to first 2 guests + $15/night for each additional person. 10 % discount for 2 weeks stay or more. Cleaning fee $50.

AMERICANA - 31 foot camper/caravan - with huge slide-out. Sleeps up to 6. Queen size bed, 4 bunk beds (bunks = 72" long) with full bath (shower/toilet), + kitchenette.

NOMAD - 30 foot camper/caravan - slide-out. Sleeps up to 3 guests. Queen size bed, sofa sleeper, 1/4 bath with toilet only (no shower), + kitchenette.
$50/night Rate applies to first 2 guests + $15/night for each additional person. 10 % discount for 2 weeks stay or more. Cleaning fee $45.
All units include: WIFI*, Electricity, heat, Kitchen facilities with all necessary items for cooking , including refrigerator, stove, pots/pans, plates, coffee maker, sink, linens, bedding* & towels. Some units have toilet and/or shower. Some toilets "PEE ONLY" where noted. Communal portable toilets and coin-operated shower available nearby. Camper units with showers have small water heaters so glamping style shower method (water on -get wet, water off - soap up, water on - rinse) is recommended.
***NOTE: although we provide space heaters and bedding, "Glamping" can still be cold if we get freezing temps. In the coldest months we recommend bringing sleeping bag and/or long underwear for utmost comfort . Make sure glamping is right for you >>> FAQ
DOGS welcome: Guests may bring a pet with prior arrangement. However for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, animals are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this occurs. If you have a furniture dwelling pet, we suggest bringing your own bedding to avoid extra fees. Pet fees will apply to ANY pet inside rental. House/potty trained only. Dogs must be under owner control. Aggressive dogs not tolerated. If we receive complaints, we will ask you to leash your pet or find other accommodation. Owners are asked to clean up waste in common areas. Kennel avail for guest use. Do not feed or allow strays inside. Sorry NO CATS. If you bring a pet into any rental without prior authorization, there will be a fine anywhere from a minimum of $200 up to your entire deposit amount + potential eviction.
*WIFI* : We have 2 WIFI services in order to get everyone connected. Please note WIFI is boosted throughout the property via a MARINA range extender and the signal varies. WIFI in the HUECO VALLEY can be limited at times depending on the providers. Until the area provides better services this is the best we can offer.
*CLEANING - We take cleaning very seriously. All towels, linens, and bedding items including comforters and blankets are laundered after each and every guest. In addition, every surface is sanitized. Cleaning fee for rental units is used to cover the labor and materials for this cleaning.
*Full bedding provided includes sheets, pillows, blanket, comforter. Please note that although we provide space heater and blankets, the campers and yurts are not as well insulated as a house, so can be very cold in the event of extremely low temperatures. In the coldest months, we recommend bringing long underwear and/or sleeping bag.
